A. If your certificate information changes (including renewal), update it in Mirairo ID as well. Log in and follow these steps.
Home screen, top left menu → Certificate Information → Register / Update

- Review takes about 3 days (closed on weekends and holidays). You can still show an already registered certificate during review.
- Photograph every page, not only the page that changed.
- If you used Mynaportal linkage, the change process will disconnect it. Link Mynaportal again after review completes.
