Certificate registration steps
①After you Create an Account, tap "Register Certificate" on the Home screen.
* You can also start from the menu button "≡" at the top left Certificate Information Register/Update.
②Review the information, check "I agree to the above," then tap "Next".
③Select the type of certificate to register.
④Enter the "Name" and "Date of Birth" shown on the certificate, then tap "Next".
⑤Review the Photo Guidelines, then tap "Next".

⑥Select "Paper" or "Card" as the certificate format.
⑦Review how to take the photos, then tap "Start Camera".

⑧Photograph the certificate, or add a certificate photo.
・Align the certificate with the orange frame.
・After registration is complete, the photos are shown in the app as they are.
[A] Capture button
・The area inside the orange frame is captured.
・To take more than one photo, keep tapping the Capture button.
[B] Gallery button
・Use this if you want to register using photos you took in advance.

* If photos from your gallery do not appear, or you see "Failed to load the image", see here
[C] Preview button
・Shows "photos you took" and "photos added from the Gallery button".
[D] Finish capturing button
・Tap this when you have finished photographing or adding every photo for the application.
[E] Cancel button
・Returns to the "How to take photos" screen.
・Tap this to retake photos or to review how to take them.
⑨On the "Review Your Information" screen, check your application, then tap "Submit".
・After registration is complete, the photos are shown in the app as they are.
・If there is a photo you do not need, tap the "×" button to delete it.
・To retake photos, tap the "←" button at the top left or tap the retake photos button.
・If there is a problem with the application, you will need to apply again.
▼Examples of problems
・A required item was not photographed.
・For paper certificates: pages were not photographed one at a time (photographed as a two-page spread, or an adjacent page is visible).
・For card certificates: only one side was photographed.
・Text or the face photo extends outside the frame.
・Unreadable because of light or shadow, or blurry.
⑩Your certificate registration application is complete.
The system will perform an automatic check using AI. Please keep this screen open and wait.

* You cannot complete registration if any required information is missing from your photo.
